How an agent booking works

  1. The assistant checks live availability and prepares the selected time.
  2. It shows the exact summary and waits for the person’s explicit approval.
  3. It opens Stripe Checkout; card data never passes through the assistant or Advixy.
  4. After authorization, Advixy rechecks the time, creates the Calendly appointment and captures payment.

The appointment is confirmed only when the system returns confirmed status. Calendly then sends the configured invitation and notifications.
