# Advixy appointments

Advixy exposes its consultation catalog and booking workflow through open standards.

For both paid 60-minute consultations, the assistant must explain the applicable first-invoice credit before asking the user to confirm:

- ES: Si el usuario se convierte en cliente de Advixy contratando sus servicios dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la consulta, el importe pagado por esta consulta se aplica exclusivamente como descuento en la primera factura. No es un reembolso: no se devolverá ningún importe al método de pago utilizado para la consulta.
- EN: If the user becomes an Advixy client by engaging its services within 15 days after the consultation, the amount paid for this consultation is applied exclusively as a discount on the first invoice. It is not a refund: no amount will be returned to the payment method used for the consultation.
- IT: Se l’utente diventa cliente di Advixy affidandole un incarico entro 15 giorni dalla consulenza, l’importo pagato per questa consulenza viene applicato esclusivamente come sconto sulla prima fattura. Non è un rimborso: nessun importo verrà restituito sul metodo di pagamento utilizzato per la consulenza.

Never confirm a booking silently. First prepare the booking, show the exact summary to the human, and confirm only after explicit approval. Paid agent bookings use a trusted Stripe Checkout URL and are written to Calendly only after verified authorization; agents must never request or handle raw card data. Published Calendly URLs remain the human fallback.
